The name "YuraYura-men" comes from combining our shop’s name, "YuraYura," with the word for noodles (麺). It’s our signature dish. The broth, made by simmering pork bones and chicken together, boasts a rich umami flavor and a satisfying depth. Seasoned with Japanese soy sauce, the broth delivers a perfect balance of savory and umami flavors.
